First off, congratulations to the 3 lucky winners of our first contest, Laura M., Leslie H. and
Kristen C. We hope you enjoy your street team merchandise! To everyone else who entered and
donated their time or money to the cause, we really appreciate it! To showcase all of the great
entries we received, we have a new Fan
Contributions Gallery up and running! In addition to organizing all of the fan designed
promotional graphics there, we will also be accepting anything else related to Rooney or the
Rooney Street Team. For example, that could include Rooney concert photos, or photos of things you have
done to promote Rooney. Get in touch with anything you may have to
share!

BOWL WITH ROONEY
Join Rooney and many other celebrities at the VH1 Classic Celebrity Bowl-Off, an evening to
benefit the autism organizations: ACT Today! (Autism Care and Treatment), Doug Flutie Jr.
Foundation for Autism, and HollyRod4Kids. The event will be hosted by Dave Navarro,
Holly Robinson Peete and Rodney Peete.

It was also brought to our attention that the forum was not working properly. The issues

Welcome to the new home of the Rooney Street Team! The street team is back in full force
in
preparation for promoting the album Rooney will be recording this fall and the tours that
will
follow that album. We thought it was a good time to get off of Myspace and make our mark
on
the web. This site makes it easier to join the team and access promotional materials.
We've
created a forum where you can chat with other fans and brainstorm creative ideas for
promoting
Rooney. We also have a street team store where you can purchase unique fan designed
merchandise
to add to your Rooney collection.
The street team depends on you and we always welcome your submissions. If you've created banners, buttons, posters, or anything else to promote Rooney, please send it in to us and
we'll
post it on the site for other fans to use.
